We have many homes for rent in the east valley in cities such as Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe and Chandler. These homes range in size from 1200-1800 sq. ft. and we primarily have 3 and 4 bedroom houses. Some of these houses have pools. The rents range from $1000-$1600 per month. If you are looking for a home to rent, please fill out the rental application. Please specify what area, size of house and your desired price range. We are not overly concerned with past credit problems. However, we do emphasize your monthly income and length of time on the job. We require the first months rent and a security deposit equal to the first months rent. Ask about our move-in specials that we are currently running.

We also have many 2 bedroom/2 bath & 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments. Our Rents range from $575-$650. We allow pets with a $150 pet deposit per pet with a maximum of two pets; NO ROTTWEILERS OR PITBULLS! All of our units are the best on the block, many of them have ceramic tile and new carpet, most have ceiling fans and digital thermostats. Some of our locations are on: Cicero St (University/Lindsay); Salem St (Recker/McDowell); Capri Circle (Broadway/Lindsay); Date St (Alma School/ 8th St) & 21st Plc (Cave Creek & Cactus). Our tenants have the option of a full size washer & dryer for only $25 more per month!
